Good morning, Zach, I was in the process of completing the Mitigation Transfer Certificate for the Marshburn Manor project this morning (client has paid) and noticed that Environmental Banc and Exchange was left off the CMRT form. The SOA provided on 10/25/23 (attached) had both EBX-Neuse 1, LLC and Environmental Banc & Exchange, LLC listed. Both bank sponsors need to be on the CMRT form to be in compliant to issue the closing paperwork for this project. If this change can be updated as soon as possible, I would appreciate it. Thank you!
