following needing your response:
1. Wetland W2 appears to be forested, and you propose impacts to install a boardwalk on pilings, will there be any
tree cutting, grubbing, stumping in the wetland to construct the boardwalk? Or can construction of the
boardwalk and maintenance of it be carried out without tree grubbing/stumping?
