This construction will permanently install a divider wall to form an aerated digester at the head of the plant. 3. Residuals handling and utilization/disposal scheme: a. The permittee and operator should provide for year-round potable water with a freeze -proof spigot at the WWTP. Consideration should also be given to increasing the sizing of any grease traps associated with food preparation facilities. Improved pumper truck access is highly recommended. Additional handrails and grates may be needed at the WWTP to comply with OSHA requirements when these improvements are made.
