In April 2014, Eric Kulz with DWR visited the subject site to assess the vegetation and overall site conditions. On August 4, 2015, DWR received a revised close -out packet for the subject site. On September 23, 2015, Katie Merritt with DWR requested additional information to be submitted with the close -out request. On September 30, 2015, Ms. Merritt received all items needed to assess the site for close -out.
