We have completed our review of the Draft Mitigation Plan for RES Catawba ESA UMBI - Beaver Tail Mitigation Site (SAW-2022-00657). Please see the attached memo, which includes all NCIRT
comments that were received during the review process along with additional comments provided by Wilmington District staff following our review. You may proceed with developing the
final mitigation plan for this site provided you adequately address all comments/concerns in the enclosed memo. Please submit one (1) electronic copy of the Final Mitigation Plan via
RIBITS and we will distribute to the IRT.
