I apologize for another email and update.
Lauren Armeni of the Regional Office had a few notes regarding the Application Package submitted. To ensure
consistency and accuracy, the Application Package has been updated and is attached. I am happy to send an updated
paper copy if required as well.
In addition, this property is owned by "Dreamstaff Holdings LLC," however, Zachary Broch is the registered agent of the
business. Therefore, the application was submitted with Zachary Broch's name as he is the authority for the business. I
have attached the LLC Report. Please let me know if there is any issue with this.

Good Afternoon all,
Attached is a digital copy of an NCG550000 permit application package (copy has been mailed with $60 check) for a
single-family residence with accessory dwellings and workshop (985 gpd) in Buncombe County. The property is located
at Beaverdam Loop Road, Candler, NC 28715 (PIN: 9605-25-0161).
The site has been deemed unsuitable for ground absorption sewage treatment systems by the Buncombe County
Environmental Health Department in addition to an L.S.S. The lot was previously permitted in 2022 under the NPDES
Discharge Permit (NC0090018) with the owner's intention to develop a tiny home community. The owner has since
decided to develop the lot as a single-family residence. Upon issuance of the Certificate of Coverage under NCG55, the
owner will request to rescind the current NPDES individual permit.
