This certificate certifies that an erosion and sedimentation control plan has been approved for this project by the City of Archdale in
accordance with the ACE Integrated Stormwater Management specifically citing Chapter 16 Section 4 (e) of the City of Archdale Code of
Ordinances and North Carolina Administrative Code,Title 15A, Chapter 4B.0107(c). This certificate must be posted at the primary entrance
of the job site before construction begins and until establishment of permanent groundcover as required by North Carolina Administrative
Code, Title 15A, Chapter 4B.0127 (b). Acceptance and approval of this plan is conditioned upon your compliance with Federal and State
water quality laws, regulations, and rules. In addition, local city or county ordinances and rules also apply to this land-disturbing activity.
This approval does not supersede any other permit or approval. In the event significant changes occur, you will be instructed to file an
amended form (s) as related to this posted Certificate. This certificate gives notice required by ACE Integrated Stormwater Management
Program Chapter 16 Section 17 (a) of the City of Archdale Code of Ordinances of our right of periodic inspection to insure compliance with
the approved plan.
