Postcards announcing the availabiliry of the FEIS, noting public viewing locations and the project website, were sent to the project mailing lists, which includes North Carolina and Tennessee public officials, state agencies, and other individuals and organizations that have expressed interest in the project. An electronic version of the FEIS and the list of public viewing locations have been provided on the project website. Table 5-4.
