Subject: RE: [External] RE: ARPA Project Application Status -Walnut Cove
Good morning Ms. Greenwood,
When the eNCI was submitted for the below referenced project, the applicant indicated that the project was not funded
by ARPA. It has been discovered that this was in error. A new eNOI will need to be submitted for the project so that it
can be properly tracked.
When resubmitting, please ensure the applicant selects "yes"for number 17 on Tab A, enters the ARPA project number
on number 18, and uploads the Letter of Intent to fund on number 19.
Once the new eNOI is approved and coverage granted, a Notice of Termination (NOT)will need to be submitted to
terminate coverage for NCC230809.
The eNOT form is here: https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/NCG01-Termination

Subject:ARPA Project Application Status-Walnut Cove
Importance: High
Good afternoon. My name is Taylor Ezell, I'm a DEQ Program Consultant and am contacting you to inquire about ARPA
project SRP-D-ARP-0193 in which you are identified as the primary contact. Our survey data shows that a permit
application for Stormwater was going to be submitted on Q3 of 2023;we have no current record of the subject permit
application(s). In order to best serve your needs for these time limited ARPA projects, please advise as to the status of
the permit application, when it will be submitted. If it has already been submitted, please let me know the permit
number and/or submittal date so that I can look for it internally in case it was not designated as an ARPA project. Also,
we don't have any engineering contact information for these project. Could you please provide that as well?Your
assistance with this is greatly appreciated.
