Oak Street Selma, NC 27576 Subject: COMPLIANCE EVALUATION INSPECTION Concrete Supply Selma Facility, Certificate of Coverage-NCG140527 NPI)ES Stormwater General Permit-NCG140000 Johnston County Mr.Alexander: On February 02,2024 a site inspection was conducted for the Concrete Supply facility located at 3175 W. Oak Street in Johnston County, North Carolina. A copy of the Compliance Inspection Report is enclosed for your review. The site visit and file review revealed that the subject facility is covered by NPDES Stormwater General Permit-NCG140000, Certificate of Coverage-NCG140527 Permit coverage authorizes the discharge of stormwater from the facility to receiving waters designated as the Neuse River, a Class WS-IV;NSW waterbody in the Neuse River Basin. As a result of the inspection, the facility was found to be in compliance with the NCG140000 permit requirements. Please refer to the enclosed Compliance Inspection Report for additional comments and observations made during the inspection. Please be advised that violations of the NPDES Stormwater General Permit are subject to a civil penalty assessment of up to $25,000 per day for each violation. Vehicle maintenance should be added to the permit since the building is near completetion. Begin sampling for the vehicle maintenance protocal once the maintenance facility is functional.
