I submitted a new form of Owner/ Legally Responsible affiliation via the online portal this week. I also wanted to share
this copy of a letter of signature delegation signed by our new site Director that gives both me and my EHS director Jim
Kenny authority to sign official paperwork related to our stormwater permit.
I'll mail copies of both forms to the office as well so you have the hard copies on file.
Please let me know if you need me to do anything else at this time, I appreciate it.
