Describe the existing conditions on the site and the general land use in the vicinity of the project at the time of this application: " The current land use of the review area is mostly logged with the drainage area being forested. A complex of buildings is located along State Hwy 115. There are also a few buildings along Duck Creek Road. There is an old aboveground septic field located centrally within the review area. 4b. Explain the purpose of the proposed project: The project's purpose is for the construction of a residential development with a mixed -use area near Shelton Avenue. 4i. The development will require eight permanent wetland impacts and two permanent stream impacts. The two permanent stream impacts are needed for road crossings and grading. A small amount of the impacts will go to lot fill and greenway construction. The four temporary stream impacts are needed for sewer line/greenway crossings. All temporary impacts will be restored to existing conditions. The majority of the permanent wetland impacts are needed for grading and greenway construction.
