The current land use of the review area is mostly logged with the drainage area being forested. A complex of buildings is located along State Hwy 115. There are also a few buildings along
Duck Creek Road. There is an old aboveground septic field located centrally within the review area.

The project's purpose is for the construction of a residential development with a mixed -use area near Shelton Avenue.
4i. Describe the overall project in detail, including indirect impacts and the type of equipment to be used:"
The project will require land clearing and grading using heavy equipment for the preparation and construction of the buildings. The development will require eight permanent wetland
impacts and two permanent stream impacts. The two permanent stream impacts are needed for road crossings and grading. A small amount of the impacts will go to lot fill and greenway
construction. The four temporary stream impacts are needed for sewer line/greenway crossings. All temporary impacts will be restored to existing conditions. The majority of the
permanent wetland impacts are needed for grading and greenway construction. The largest permanent wetland impact (W1) is needed for road construction and grading. Four temporary
wetlands are needed for sewer line crossings. Three temporary wetlands crossings are in forested wetlands with one occurring in an herbaceous wetland.
