A review of the October 2023 Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) revealed an error in Total Copper and Total
Mercury reporting review. As per the current permit Part I, Section A. (8.) Schedule of Compliance for Cadmium
and Copper Limits, (3.) Compliance is to be achieved for Cadmium and Copper limits by September 1, 2025.
Mercury is to be sampled quarterly with annual average limits at both flow tiers per Part I, Section A. (1.) and
A. (2.). Therefore, the Notice of Violation (NOV-2020-LV-0857) issued on November 30, 2023, is
rescinded.
