The subject facility is operating under NPDES Permit #0006351 and classified as PC-2 (Physical Chemical-2). Facility discharges via Outfall #001 into the Rocky River (Sub Basin 03-07-11) which is classified as Class C Waters in the Yadkin -Pee Dee River Basin.
