Sue —I am sorry to waste your time with this request, but the City's engineer is saying that the project name on their
grading plan approval must match the project name on the 401. He has initially said this came from you, but now says
this is coming from some other person or requirement with the State. Instead of waiting for him to track that down with
the secretary of DEQ and in the interest of trying to not continue to cost the developer thousands of dollars a day in
addition to the increasing amount of time that myself and the client's civil have now invested in this for no
compensation, can you please revise the 401 to use the project name "200 Lantana Ct- Providence Pointe" and change
the applicant's name from James Floyd to "Brian Keith Kime", so that we can appease the City engineer's request and
this can get moved along. The applicant remains MG Suits, LLC. Please note the comma in the LLC.
