This email serves to document the fact that I'm putting the subject project on hold to allow sufficient time to obtain
approval for the Programmatic Categorical Exclusion. Also, we discussed the need for clarification regarding the
stormwater language in the application. The application states that a stormwater plan is required, but that seems kind
of strange for a greenway project. So just get back to me when you get a chance. Thanks.
