Per your request, please see the a?ached revised Na?onwide Permit 29 and 18 verifica?on, including Special Condi?ons
and terms and condi?ons, for the above referenced project. Importantly, this verifica?on includes a revised
Compensatory Mi?ga?on Responsibility Transfer Forms (MRTFs); due to a lack of available wetland credits at the ?me of
the original NWP verifica?on from the ini?al private mi?ga?on bank provider, and per the permi?ee’s request (see

below), the compensatory mi?ga?on requirement for wetland impacts is to be sa?sfied through purchase of wetland
credits from the Neu-Con Wetland & Stream Umbrella Mi?ga?on Bank: Meadow Spring Site. Required stream credits
are s?ll to be sa?sfied through a combina?on of credit purchases from the Wildlands Falling Creek Umbrella Mi?ga?on
Bank: Falling Creek Mi?ga?on Site/McClenny Acres II Mi?ga?on Site and the NC Division of Mi?ga?on Services. Although
minor typos were corrected on the a?ached verifica?on, no changes were made to the authorized impacts or permi?ed
plans.

Wildlands has run out of wetland credits, so we are obtaining the wetland credits from RES (SOA a?ached). Could you
update the Mi?ga?on Responsibility Transfer forms?

Also, Dave I no?ced a typo on the 404 permit, the last two numbers of the Ac?on ID were switched in the document
(should end in 65). It looks like it needs to be revised on pages 1-3 of the permit, the first page of the MRTFs, and the top
of page 8. Would you be able to update this?
