Good catch, Nikki. This email serves to correct the Nationwide Permit 14 tearsheet dated 9/14/2015 for the above
referenced project. Whereas the tearsheet incorrectly references "temporary impacts to 30 linear feet (0.01 acre) of
stream channel" the actual authorized amount includes temporary impacts to 40 linear feet (0.01 acre) of stream
channel. I will not issue an additional tearsheet. Instead, please include this email in your records for the purposes of
this correction. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Good morning Dave!

We had the precon on the above bridge yesterday and I realized that the 404 Verification incorrectly states the
temporary stream impacts. We requested 40 LF (mostly due to the adjacent trib that flows into our project), but the
approval only lists 30 LF. I wanted to make you aware of it in case you wanted/needed to reissue the verification with

the correct temporary stream length. If you can do it in an email, I'm fine with that too. I just don't want anyone to get
into trouble when it comes time for compliance.
