The Division of Water Resources received the Sediment Removal final Report, dated September
11, 2015, from C1earWater Environmental Consultants, Inc., related to the Notice of Violation
and Recommendation for Enforcement NOV- 2015 -PC -0229.
The written response and the removal of accumulated sediment from approximately 800 linear
feet from the unnamed tributary of White Oak Creek have satisfactorily resolved the violations
noted in the subject Notice of Violation and Recommendation for Enforcement. -
