The impact summary should read:
One (1) 161 LF 48-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) will be installed at the crossing of Stream 1 resulting in 185 LF of
permanent stream impacts.
That will get you to 272 total permanent impacts.
To your second point, that is an outstanding catch. I completely forgot that they purchased the original 278 credits, so
we should be proposing the purchase of 810 stream credits. Thanks so much for that catch .... I owe you one!!
Do you need anything formal from me requesting that revision to the mitigation proposal?
Krysta — same question... need a formal request to modify the mitigation proposal?

Hi Chris,
I'm trying to type up this approval letter and ran into a question. The stream impacts are listed as 161LF culvert, 79 LF
riprap outlet and 8 LF riprap at inlet. That doesn't total up to the total listed -272 LF. What am I missing?

Also, you say they intend to pay 4:1 in mitigation (1088 credits) but I have a DIMS receipt dated 6/22/23 in the previous
file for 278 credits. You don't mention this in the current application but I thought they were for the same impacts?
Can you help me sort this out so I can issue the 401 please.
