We are in receipt of your NPDES stormwater permit (NCG021012) application dated 03/01/2023 for the Havelock
Drugstore mine site in Martin County.
We're planning an inspection to review the following:

1. Issuance of NPDES stormwater permit(NCG021012)
2. Any other stormwater/water discharge from this site related issues at this stormwater related issues at this
mine
This inspection is scheduled on Tuesday, September 19, 2023,from 9 am to 11 am. In the meantime, please send us a
