Hi Samantha, I have a?ached the SOA for the mi?ga?on here. I apologize for the delay, the mi?ga?on bank has been
wai?ng on a release of credits so they could reissue an updated SOA. For the updated PCN, can I edit the single page
with the mi?ga?on informa?on and the signature page and send, or what is the best way to move forward with that?

Hi Ashley, I am finishing up my review of this project and during my buffer authorization writeup I noticed that the amount of mitigation is incorrect. The buffer mitigation was stated
at a 2:1 ratio instead of a 3:1 ratio for Zone 1 per the Neuse Buffer Rules \[15 NCAC 02B .0295
