Please see the draft factsheets that accompany the draft permits sent in December. The draft permits have changed slightly since the versions that we sent in December based on some comments that we received. We can send the most recent versions if that does not reset 90-day review period because the permits are scheduled to be reissued April 1, 2024. We plan to public notice the draft permits and factsheets February 13, 2024 to March 14, 2024. Please contact me with questions. Thx. Please see the NCG01, NCG25 Stormwater Draft General Permits for Construction Activities. The permits have only minimal changes from the previous version such as requiring an onsite rain gage and secondary containment requirements. We plan to public notice the permits (and factsheets) beginning at the end of January or beginning of February and ending in March. Permit factsheets will be sent to EPA in the near future.
