A 2 story brick house with a deck and screened porch. There is an existing rock retaining wall between the proposed porch and the
stream.

Provide a detailed description of the proposed activity including its purpose and include the type of equipment to be used:
A small screened porch addition is proposed. 4 new footings will need to be installed with small machinery, but the rest of the work
will be simple carpentry well above ground level. The deck has been designed to interfere as little as possible with the nearby stream
buffer. The site plan attached shows the stream buffer zones and shows the 200 sf of new impervious within each zone. The link you
provided with the instructions for what to show on the site plan does not work, so we did our best to provide you with the information
you need.

The deck has been designed to interfere as little as possible with the nearby stream buffer. The deck floats well above the ground
level and has only small footings in the areas where the 4 new columns reach the ground.
