Proposed Activity Provide a detailed description of the proposed activity including its purpose and include the type of equipment to be used: A small screened porch addition is proposed. 4 new footings will need to be installed with small machinery, but the rest of the work will be simple carpentry well above ground level. The deck has been designed to interfere as little as possible with the nearby stream buffer. The site plan attached shows the stream buffer zones and shows the 200 sf of new impervious within each zone.
