dated September 11, 2015, requesting an Individual 401 Certification from the Division for the
subject project. The Division has determined that your application iJincomplete and cannot be
processed at this time. The application is on-hold until all of the following information is received:
A Public Notice issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) will be necessary to
begin the proper consideration of an application (pursuant to 15A NQ\[ 02H O503).
