On June 26, 2015, the Division of Water Resources (DWR) received the Neville Farms Mitigation
Banking Instrument (MBI) for Riparian Buffer Mitigation and Nutrient Offset credits Pursuant to
the Jordan Water Supply Nutrient Strategy from Watershed Investments NC, LLC. A revised MBI
was received on August 2, 2015 and posted for public comment on September 17, 2015. The public
comment period ended October 2, 2015 at 5:00pm.
By copy of this letter, this MBI is now made and entered into by Watershed Investments, NC, LLC
acting as the Bank Sponsor, and the DWR.
