Attached please find this signed forrn. • Provide construction details or a narrative describing the temporary impacts associated with the Big Rock Creek stream crossing. o I he ternporary streanro crossing along I3ig [dock Creek, as shown on the plans will sirnply be a „ford" type o[ crossing (see attached typical detail). I he crossing width will be approxirnately 1.5' and the strearnbanks will be laid back to a 5:'1. slope or flatter to allow equilornent to cross and carry rnaterials needed to stabilize I._ittle [dock Creek. I here are low lying power lines between I3ig and I._ittle [dock Creek, for that reason a sr-naller excavator will need to be used to install these practices. We expect this stabilization along I._ittle [dock Creek to happen quickly and no more than 1.-2 days, then the streanro crossing will be rernoved and stabilized. Stabilization o[ ternporary crossing irnpacts will be replacing the soil that was rernoved and the area seeded, covered with coconut matting, and livestaked irnrnediately. The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on hold until all of the following items are addressed: Provide documentation that you, or Resource Institute, have authorization to perform the proposed activities on the Tipton property. Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(c), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the proper consideration of the application. If all of the requested information is not received within 30 calendar days of receipt of this email, the Division will be unable to approve the application and it will be returned. The return of this project will necessitate reapplication to the Division for approval, including a complete application package and the appropriate fee.
