Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing the project: It is our intent to leave the property as natural as possible. We have minimized and avoided impacts to the maximum extent practical. Our construction methods will utilize non evasive practices with no regulated sub -surface mechanized land clearing required. This project will have minor impact with less than 1/10th acre of jurisdictional impacts located on a 3.77 acre site. Due to the minor impact to jurisdictional wetlands we are requesting the no compensatory mitigation be required. O 1b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques: It is our intent to leave the property as natural as possible. We have minimized and avoided impacts to the maximum extent practical. Our construction methods will utilize non evasive practices with no regulated sub -surface mechanized land clearing required. This project will have minor impact with less than 1/10th acre of jurisdictional impacts located on a 3.77 acre site.
