Since you were not included in the original email, I wanted to forward this email approval from the USACE regarding the addition of the Caison Driveway to R-3300B project to you so you could have it for your records. Amy & Kristi Lynn, I did not receive a response from Hannah prior to her departure. Attached is the original email that was sent on 12/13- 23 regarding this R-3300B revision and the revised permit drawings associated with this work . There are no additional impacts associated with this revision. DCM provided their consistency determination on 1/3/24 and you were copied on their response. The Corps has no concerns with the requested revision and the revised permit drawings are adequate for inclusion into the administrative file. Submission of a complete set of revised drawings is unnecessary this time, but may be requested in the future. I hope you had a good Christmas and that 2024 is going well for you so far! I just wanted to drop you email about a couple of items that I sent out before the holidays, that I would like to wrap up that requires action from you. The items are: PJD Request for HB-0040 Wrightsville Beach Bridges — emailed on 12/19/23 — tear sheet required. R-3300B Caison Driveway approval - email sent on 12/13/23 and followed up with an email to DCM on 1/3/24 which included the revised permit drawings (DCM Consistency has been received). I just need an email from you confirming that the USACE has no issues with this revision and that you accept the revised permit drawings as part of the project file. If you would like a complete revised set of permit drawings that incorporates all changes since the original R- 3300B modification, just let me know and I will figure out a way to get them to you.
