The PCN for the Lot 21 Stream Crossing is being withdrawn (previous SAW Action ID# 2005 20968 and DWR# 2005
1117). The Owner /Developer has decided not to take the path of an individual permit and mitigation fees. We are
reviewing options and costs for a no impact bridge that will take some time to determine a final decision. I will follow up
this email with a formal withdrawal letter. Are there any special requirements or address(es) for the withdrawal
request?
