Enclosed is a technical corrected copy of the permit A. (1) limitation page for NPDES Permit NC0041381. Please replace the A. (1) limitation page in your current NPDES permit with the corrected page and discard the removed page. This technical correction does not affect any other terms, conditions, or compliance actions covered by the current permit. Please note that this permit is not transferable except after notice to the Division. The Division may require modification or revocation and reissuance of the permit.
