Subject: Technical Correction of NPDES Permit
Permit NC0041386
Wanchese Seafood Industrial Park
Dare County
Class II
Dear Mr. Peele •
Division personnel have recently audited your permit and discovered two typographical errors.
Both errors are located on the A. (1) limitation page, one is the header title word "EFFLUENT" which
was misspelled and the other is the "Ammonia as Nitrogen Daily Maximum Limit of 12 mg/L" which
was missing the first digit of 1.
Enclosed is a technical corrected copy of the permit A. (1) limitation page for NPDES Permit
NC0041381. Please replace the A. (1) limitation page in your current NPDES permit with the
corrected page and discard the removed page. This technical correction does not affect any other terms,
conditions, or compliance actions covered by the current permit.
Please note that this permit is not transferable except after notice to the Division. The Division
may require modification or revocation and reissuance of the permit. This permit does not affect the
legal requirements to obtain other permits which may be required by the Division of Water Resources
or permits required by the Division of Land Resources, the Coastal Area Management Act or any other
Federal or Local governmental permit that may be required.
