The Town has received all items required for approval and finalization of As-Built Certification
Acceptance for SCMs associated with the above referenced project. It was determined the SCM(s)were
built to and compliant with Town of Clayton's Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), Chapter 158:
Stormwater Management.
In accordance with the recorded O&M Agreement, all required inspection, maintenance, and repairs are
the owner's responsibility. The Town will begin annual compliance inspections of the SCM in
approximately one year.
