On July 9, 2015, the Division of Water Resources (0WR) issued a40Water Quality Certification for
coverage under Nationwide Permit Number 29 for a road crossing in the Chesapeake Pointe Development.
The crossing affects four lots Vn Leeward Shoat Lane. Condition Gnf the certification letter required the
applicant to document local government approval ofa stonnvvater management plan. On August 18,3815,
Mr. Todd Smith, engineer with Cn|edenemt& Stone, provided construction drawings and a Low Density
Supplement form demonstrating that the four lots met the 401 certification conditions for approval as low
density development. On September 29, 2015, he also provided a recorded plat showing the four lots
receiving prior plan approval by Iredell County and an erosion and sedimentation plan approval letter from
the county allowing for site grading 1ooccur.
Since the project isconslderedkovvdenshvaccord{ngtotheVVaterQua|ityCertificationcmndbion4no
additional approval hv the local government brequired. Accordingly, we consider that the documents
provided indicate that the stormwater management requirements of Condition 6 of the July 9, 2015 letter
have been met.
