Improvements, City of Raleigh Public Works Department, Stormwater Management Division. The PCN that was
submitted to you on September 11, 2015 has a NWP 3 list in the application. After discussion with you this morning, you
stated that it will actually be a NWP 18 Minor Discharges instead of a NWP 3.
