Hello gentlemen!
Zach, I had to let Matt know yesterday that the original mitigation bank that was handling the wetland credits informed
me yesterday (when I sent them the project approvals) that they no longer have credits available.
I was able to get in touch with Kevin Yates and he has some in the Clearwater Umbrella Bank.
Can I bother you both to change the CMRTF forms on the verifications so I can get that over to Kevin and get the invoice
out to Jared? We still have time to make this seasons planting window for the onsite restoration and I know Jared is
eager to get this one finished.

I'm reaching out to the only other bank listed as available. If I can't find any there, I'll have to go through DMS. I'll keep

Just a heads up. I'll let you know what I'm able to find.

I Ironically emailed your college Phil Beach earlier today updating him on our credit availability. Unfortunately, we
do not have any more wetland, stream, or buffer credits available within the Neuse 01 at this time. I apologize for
any inconvenience this may cause.
We are supposed to have some credit releases in the coming months that are going to DOT, but we are in the talks
with DOT about potentially waiting a year for their needs.

Please find the attached Wetland SOA you sent me while we were permitting the unavoidable impacts to the above
named site. I've also attached the DWR and USACE verifications for the project. I'm requesting a mitigation invoice for
my client so he can satisfy the compensatory mitigation requirements of the 404 and 401 permits.
