Jake — we will include the relevant sections of the WWMP for each facility in the transferred permits. I have not yet
received any ownership change forms for either facility. The form is attached if you need a copy — one form must be
submitted for each permit, along with the supporting documentation.
Vanessa — please review the two permits with RRO staff and let me know which WWMP conditions you would like to see
in each transferred permit.

As a follow up, this is in regards to the Wastewater Management Plan (WWMP) that you discussed with Charlie Carter,
Enrique and myself back in June of 2022 when we met with you and John Hennessy regarding compliance agreements
for upcoming wastewater facility acquisitions. You had stated at that time that there was a possibility to include a
compliance schedule in the permit at transfer to CSWR if the Department felt it was warranted.
We are simply requesting the Department include a WWMP in the transferred permit of the two facilities listed below
which have now been acquired by CSWR and working through the permit transfer process. If there is any additional
information required from us, please let us know.

My name is Enrique Chavez Jr, and I work for Red Bird UOC a subsidiary of CSWR, LLC. I called before the end of the end
to address that Red Bird UOC acquired two wastewater systems in NC and we wanted to explore the option to add the
compliance component for permit transfer. Below, are the two wastewater systems recently acquired by Red Bird UOC
and maintenance & evaluation are currently on -going. I would like to have a follow up call to address if we can provide
and address our plan for ensuring the systems are meeting effluent compliance. I tried to open the file you sent to Jake
