This correspondence confirms that NOV-2024-LV-0067 has been retracted. The retracted Notice was issued for a
monthly average effluent fecal coliform limit violation that was reported for the month of November 2023. DWR staff
confirmed with the Town's Operator -in -Responsible Charge (ORC) and supporting documentation that this limit violation was
attributed to the effluent fecal coliform values being incorrectly transcribed on the electronic discharge monitoring report
(eDMR) throughout the month. The November 2023 eDMR has been revised and resubmitted with no violations being
reported.
