Uwe, the undersigned, hereby authorize Land Management Group to act as our agent in the
determination of jurisdictional wetland boundaries on the subject property, Renovation Church.
By way of this form, Uwe additionally authorize access to the site by representatives of the US
Army Corps of Engineers and/or the NC Department of Environmental Quality for the purpose
of reviewing the flagged wetland boundary and providing a final jurisdictional determination.
