Hi Mr. Jarvis,
Sorry for the delayed response. I have reviewed the plans you
submitted and it appears that your project will not take any written
authorization from the Corps. It appears the work will be covered
under NWP-13 (attached) without the need of a pre -construction
notification. Therefore, as long as you are good with NCDWR and the
local folks, then the project can proceed as proposed.

Billy,
I hope all is well with you. I want to check with you to see if you
need anything else from us to make your evaluation of the site
jurisdiction or from the NCDWQ. I would not bother you knowing you
stay busy and have to take jobs on a first come/ first serve basis.
Our Civil Technician partner, who I depend on greatly, has to have
some major surgery next week and will be out of circulation for
several weeks of recovery. She is faster and more skilled than I am
and the work output normally slows down when it gets to my desk.
Please let us know if we need to furnish more data or if the
application process is different than when we started it. Thank you.
