Hi Shannon and Joey-

I have reviewed the information sent to me about the Roe Bulkhead and Boat House
project, which proposes to impact 0.01 acre of Lake Toxaway to replace a bulkhead and
build a new boat house in Transylvania County.

Project activities should not impact wild trout reproduction, and a trout moratorium is not
required. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to review this project.
