This email is to notify you that your request to modify coverage under COC No. NCC204552 for the project Vogel Estate- Phase 3 was not approved for the following reason: We cannot transfer ownership (permitted entity) of a COC with a Modification.This permit was issued to Ace Construction Enterprises, LLC.The new owner/responsible entity must submit a new eNOI application to obtain NCG01 coverage, and then the previous permit holder can submit a Notice of Termination (NOT) request to rescind this permit; they also must provide the new COC that Jade Mountain Builders obtains for the project, if that is the entity assuming responsibility for the Erosion and Sediment Control Plan for this project. Also, this permittee currently owes annual fees for three years (2021, 2022, 2023), and modifications will not be processed.
