Good morning Cheng.
I was reviewing internal documents and determined that my Contract
Administrator failed to get a contract in place for the vendor that currently
inspects our high priority lines until December 29th. Due to the oversight, the
high priority lines were not inspected as required by Permit WQCS00038
between July — December 2023. 1 have spoken to the contractor and they are
currently inspecting these lines and will inspect again before June 30th to show
due diligence and that this did not occur to save any funds but was simply an
error due to the failure of the contract being put in place. I have also
addressed this issue with our Contractor Administrator to ensure this does not
happen again.
If you have any questions or need additional information please let me know.
Sincerely,
Stephanie
