Dear Ms. Wigs:
This firm represents the above referenced license Permitee. As such we have
been directed to communicate with you concerning a suspension of the permit.
It is my understanding that your office recently confirmed that the former
mit is no longer
waste water treatment facility waste water.g pursuant to thabove The discharge pipe has beensealedsealed and the
receiving or discharging
facility is no longer receiving any waste water discharge from any point -source
location. For that reason, the permit is no longer actively needed and we would
respectively request that the permit be suspended until further discharge activities
occur, if ever in the future.
Pursuant to that suspension it is my understanding that the Permitee will no
longer be remitting any monthly or annual permit fees and the facility will no longer
be subject to ongoing monitoring. If my understanding is in error, please let me
know as soon as possible. If you have any questions or if I can be of assistance to
