Dave,

It’s been raining here for about 5 days now and everything is saturated. This project got 1” of rain in a short amount of
time yesterday and the already tapped out measures were overwhelmed. As you can see in the attached photos, off-
site sedimentation occurred. The large basin that you see in the first photo is one of 2 that we added above and beyond
what the EC plan called for. Everything held until yesterday……. We’ll clean up when it’s dry enough for equipment to
work.
