Piedmont Triad International Airport under PTAA's Water Supply Watershed Management and
Protection Rules, I have reviewed and hereby approve the Stormwater Management Plan submitted to
DWQ on August 24, 2007 for Honda Aircraft Company. Authority for approval of the final plan is
specified under Section 1 (General Provisions) of the locally implemented stormwater program. I
understand that approval of this plan satisfies Condition #2 of Water Quality Certification (#07-0231)
