Daniel,

This letter is written on behalf of the Buncombe County Schools to provide information
as to remedial action taken to the above referenced facility in reference to NOV-2024-
LV-0002 attached.

We exceeded a daily TSS limit of 45 mg/L with a 50.5 mg/L on 11-2-23. We expect the
dissolving tablet chlorine and de-chlorine particulates caused this exceedance.
Temperature changes may have contributed as well. The remaining four weekly results
were compliant during the month. We will continue to monitor and have the contact
chamber pump if needed.
