Comment: Condition #4 of approval reauired a pre- construction meetina to be held on -site. Due to weather and safetv
conditions the meetina was held indoors and the site was not reviewed. Permit conditions were
discussed. The contractor will dewater the channel parallel to the fill slope immediatelv below Site 2.
After culvert at Site 2 is installed (prior to iob completion) thev will contact DWR to review whether anv
work is needed alona the channel below the new culvert. At that time dewaterina will be reviewed and it
will be determined if it should be maintained while fill slope is completed. Duke will also submit email
reauestina exemption from culvert burial condition.
