Mr. Boss,
On January 91h, 2024, at 9:00 AM the Pump maintenance dept. Discovered an SSO at a manhole #1523 near
Alexander pump station, address 128 Sunset Dr. Forest City, NC. The manhole was found overflowing at 9 AM. We
used the orange county estimator to determine the SSO spill of 108,000-gallons spill. The spill ended at 3 PM. We
cleaned and limed effected areas. We reported the spill to Lauren Armeni, who requested a fecal coliform test
above and below the station.
