Re: Inflow exceeding permitted limits

I ant sending this correspondence in reference to the Town of Jackson experiencing inflow exceeding it's
permitted limits into it's sanitary sewer system on the following dates: (with amounts). January 9"'
(1,095,500 gals) and January 10"' (259,700 gals). This was in response to 2.0 inches of rainfall during the
period. On January I I "' through the 14"' , the Town experienced rainfall totaling 2,4 inches during the
period. The inflow for the I I "' was (259,700 gals), for the dates January 13"-151h , inflow was (459,700 gals
each day averaged out). No issues occurred during these rain events.
The Town of Jackson is currently the Town's I R I issues through cooperative efforts of the Town of
Jackson and Northampton County. Both entities are working together on rehabilitation and reconstruction
projects.
The Town's Wastewater Permit numbers are: WQCS00301 and W00000948.
