You should have received a copy of the revised Arrington III mitigation plan last week. We coordinated the project with
Seymour Johnson Air Force Base due to the bank site's close proximity to the base and the potential to attract waterfowl
that might pose a risk to aircraft. RES has revised the project in response to comments provided by SJAFB. Please let me
know if you have any concerns with revised mitigation plan.
